Each fetch returns up to the listed number of tested, working proxies. Repeat the same fetch and you keep the same set; we only replace proxies that drop out — not a new batch every call. free fetches / day is the plan's included daily allowance — reset daily at UTC midnight; beyond it, each fetch costs 1 credit (~$0.01). Credits never expire.
